Sales in online store are driven by positive opinions about products and the company. We have put this subject on the table and, together with the client, prepared an innovative system for collecting opinions.

Challenge.

Research and practice prove that recommendations, price comparisons and opinions about products from other customers are key elements in making a purchase decision with regard to a product or service.

Objective.

Obtaining valuable and detailed opinions about selected BabyOno products directly from mothers.

Solution.

We have prepared “BabyOno brand ambassador” system which encourages mothers to share their opinions about products in exchange for a possibility to test BabyOno products. The heart of this solution was a software which supported managing tested products, polling and managing opinions, as well as ongoing communication with the ambassadors.
Automation covered numerous processes, ranging from selection of the most appropriate mothers - from among 40,000 obtained - for testing a new product, to publication of opinions in product sheet.
